I was watching the Hawaiian Sliders yesterday prior to posting, I must say the gooey cheese.......yummy!! It is such a fun and tasty recipe to make. If it wasn't so late when I watched it, I would have definitely made it to eat. The flavors come together so nice.

Almost 1 year old......

So I was just reminded that in 2 1/2 months FOOD AND WHATEVER is gonna be a year old. It's been a pretty cool (almost) year doing the show, seeing how it's been growing and the response that its had. I would love to be able to do something for the 1year mark with you the viewers, to celebrate. Thanks to God and you guys, the show has been fun and growing. So contact me via the website, facebook, pinterest, or twitter,and comment. Maybe we'll have a funny show showing the behind the scenes. I still have to say that all of you guys are AWESOME!!!!

Tex-Mex Goods

Ok! Ok! So this recipe was literally a "on the spot" recipe. I had a few left over ingredients and other items, so Tex-Mex pasta came into creation. If only you guys can be here when we film. The guys from Life Stone Productions had me laughing after we finished filming. They are so funny sometimes, like they never had food before. LOL It's all "goof off" fun. This pasta dish is very, very delicioso (delicious). Was that just a Dora line?
The best things about this recipe is that it gets rid of some of your left over veggies and is not that bad for your waist.
I, once again, want to THANK YOU ALL for watching. Send me your photos of the dishes that you try from FOOD AND WHATEVER. Most of all, thanks be all to God for all that he continues to do.

YUMMY YUMMY TORTAS

I'm so happy with the way the shows are turning out. They seem to look better every time we put them up. Thanks to God for all that He keeps on doing. Also, thank you again to theLife Stone Production for all of the hard, and great job that they continue to do.

I have to admit that the few times that I sat with Life Stone to edit the Torta episode, my mouth would start watering. Out of all the food that I've had to eat from filming, Tortas has to be one of my favorites; if not my favorite. I had highly enjoy the sandwich already, but the recipe that I made just...... yum yum yum. What is even better is that FOOD AND WHATEVER's version is healthier. Now that right there make's it even better.

The day that we filmed the Torta episode, I was super hungry. I had just gotten out of work, not eaten all day. It was hard not scarf that great tasting sandwich down on camera. LOL As soon as we stopped filming, I took the rest of the sandwich and inhaled it, it was so good. I almost ate the second sandwich, just kidding; unfortunately it belonged to the camera guy. We have way too much fun filming that show at times.

When you guys make the Tortas please comment on the blog and/or send pictures. This is a must make and eat.

CUBANITOS

I'm so happy to share this new recipe with all of you. This is a great recipe to try out for gatherings, parties, sport events, and so on.

I had a great time filming this show. I must admit, I was sooo full by the time I had to taste the Cubanitos. It still tasted great. The Kings Hawaiian Bread made it even more amazing. The guys from the production team are always happy when we get to film together,or when I'm testing out new recipes. So a huge high five to the team of Life Stone Productions; for all the great work that they do.

I know, I know, I didn't have a pickle in the sandwich. But I have to say I really don't like pickles, not at all. It is an optional item...... LOL What is even funnier to me is that I also don't like mustard, and my boyfriend decides to get me spicy mustard out of all things. If you notice on the video, I put a glob of mayo on the bun, so that the taste of the mustard could be hidden or not as bad. Good times in the kitchen as always. Hope that this recipe becomes a favorite as it is for the guys of Life Stone Productions and my self. Have fun and enjoy.

Super Stoked (Happy)!!!

So season 2 has been posted for about week. I am so happy with the results. The show looks great and the responses have been great. I am so thankful to God first and foremost. To the guys of Lifestone Productions, my hat goes off to you. An awesome job on the introduction and to the video itself. It's been a great process.

I must say that the show in just 7 months have gone through a great transition. From just being an out of the blue idea, to having only a cell phone to film with, to being able to purchase a handheld,and then to actually being able to film with an actual professional camera. I've been in awe just seeing how people have been responding and still respond to it. All of you guys have been an awesome audience. I must say that I literally jump in joy when I get pics and responses from you guys of recipes that have been posted. I pray that you guys continue to watch, and please do send me photo of the dishes made in your personal kitchens.
What is even more jaw dropping to me is how many countries around the world is watching FOOD AND WHATEVER. High five to all of those countries.

There's so much more to come. So many great ideas in the process for the future. There is also more great recipes for all f you guys to try and enjoy.

I also want to thank Miguel Velazquez for his support and help, and all that he has, is doing, and is going to do. Thanks to Zero In Creative for the logo and website. All of my friends that have seen it from the start, high five.

HERE IT IS!!! YAY IS FINALLY HERE, SEASON 2 OF FOOD AND WHATEVER.
GREAT NEW LOOK AND GREAT RECIPES.

I'm so happy that I got to post up a long awaited video. There's always room for improvement. So see it , enjoy the recipes, and don't forget to comment.

Sorry if I haven't put up any new videos for FOOD AND WHATEVER, I'm still waiting for the videos to be finished. Hopefully I will have at least one finished soon. I know it sucks but there's some great ideas for all of you to try, once they're up.

So after 4 weeks ( a month) of not posting anything up, I went ahead and did an old style video and had it posted. I haven't had any of the videos ready to post up with the new equipment. Hopefully here soon the editing will be done, so that yall could enjoy the better shows. Hope that you guys enjoy it. sorry for the delay.

Had a week great filming new shows. God gave me the privilege of cooking some amazing food. Hope all who watches FOOD AND WHATEVER, tries to cook the recipes and enjoys them.
